Return Policy
Please contact customer service for all return requests.
Within 30 days from the date of receipt:
Defective items
- will be replaced. A prepaid return label will be provided.
Unwanted items
- that have been opened cannot be returned.
- that have not been opened can be returned for store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Undeliverable or packages returned to sender
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Warranty
- Headphoness products carry a 90-day warranty, so if your item breaks within that time, please contact us for a replacement.
- Other branded products may carry a warranty from the manufacturer and are not covered by the Headphoness warranty.
